There’s a big difference in how sex is perceived between men and women.

For most women, sex is at the end of the list. Meaning, before she sleeps a guy, she runs through all these scenarios to see if he’s ‘marriage material’. Which is why you’ll often hear friends giving advice like “don’t sleep with him right away”. They don’t want to…share themselves with a guy until they get to know him.

For guys it’s just the opposite. We want to have sex as soon as possible but it’s only ONE of the factors of long term commitment. In fact, even after sex we still haven’t decided yet whether or not this is a relationship we want to commit to.

Usually AFTER sex, men will see how the woman acts. Whether she gets: jealous, controlling, possessive…or if she’s just cool and nothing has changed.

Men are very primal creatures. We do what feels good, then worry about consequences later. So if you’re trying over-analyze it. Don’t, because he isn’t.
